Basic Policies

Storage units are for the purpose of storing personal household goods and furniture, merchandise, materials, supplies, and other such property. Storage of hazardous or toxic materials is strictly prohibited.
Access is daily from dawn to dusk, or call to arrange after hours pick-ups & drop-offs.
Renters must provide lock for storage unit(s) and insurance for all personal property and vehicles.
Property owner is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to a renter’s personal property.
No animals and pets allowed on property.
First month’s rent and security deposit are required prior to move-in.
Please do not send money until you are approved to occupy a specific self-storage unit or self-parking site number.
Full policies and procedures will be supplied at the time of signing a storage contract.
